Its location was great and lovely, near the capital, food places open and nice café´s restaurants. Perfect service, even though a few employees were very unfriendly.

The stay here was really lovely for a weekend in London. The continental breakfast was satisfactory and the staff were excellent friendly and competent. The hotel's location was incredible and ideal in such close proximity to the tube.

The superior queen room that we stayed in was neat and airy. Loved the outstanding meals and very good breakfast. The location was great and lovely because it was just next door to Bayswater tube station, supermarkets and various type of restaurants, restaurant Hyde park and central London. Overall the service was perfect.
The staff - some of them were very unfriendly.

Everything was good, we had superb relaxing 4 days here. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was very good with completely vegan. The location was stunning and magnificent, near to Bayswater tube station and the the tube station and business areas.
